The following are the Silver Fern Suites & Spa House Rules.
These basic motel rules and property policies have been designed to ensure our guests have an enjoyable stay.

Check-in.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Check-out.
8am - 11am
Children & Beds.

Child Policies

Children of any age are welcome.

Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults at this property.

To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

Cot & Extra Bed Policies.
0 - 2 years old: Cot Upon Request. / NZD $10 per child, per night.

Prices for cots are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The number of cots allowed is dependent on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information.

There are no extra beds available at this property.

Age Restriction.
The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Pets.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Groups.
When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Smoking & Vaping.
Please do not smoke or vape in the Silver Fern Suites or private Spa pool courtyards. Please smoke or vapeso outside (ash trays are provided).
Parking.
Off-street parking is available for all at Silver Fern Rotorua but parking spaces are not dedicated to Suite numbers. Please park wherever is available and convenient near your Suite. Enough parking is available but only one vehicle per Suite is permitted. Well-lit street parking is available for additional or extra large vehicles, guest vehicles or trailers.
Security, disturbance & noise.
Silver Fern Rotorua Suites & Spa is a busy family-friendly property and we pride ourselves on delivering a comfortable and memorable stay with a good nights sleep. Please be mindful of others. Noise, disturbances, groups congragating or parties are not permitted. Security officer visitation to Suites incurs costs (which may be recharged to guest account at $100 per officers visit).
Removal of motel items (including towels).
The removal of motel asset or inventory items is not permitted including towels. If you wish to visit Hot pools or similar outside then please do not remove towels from your Suite but disucss borrowing towels for this purpose with reception.
Accepted Payment Methods..
Silver Fern Rotorua Suites & Spa accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
